By downloading, installing, or using TCGScanner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TCGScanner.

2. Description of Service

TCGScanner provides a comprehensive mobile application for trading card game enthusiasts, offering:

• Card scanning and recognition technology
• Custom trading card creation tools
• Collection management and organization
• Card value tracking and market information
• General support and community features

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

TCGScanner offers the following subscription plans:

4. Payment and Billing

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Payment Method: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.

Refund Policy: Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Generally, no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact the respective app store or our support team.

Access After Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the App to infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Not use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Not share your account with others

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights: All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of TCGScanner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any custom cards you create using the App. However, by using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide our services.

Trading Card Brands: Trading card images, names, and related content are the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party trading card intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We do not warrant the accuracy of card scanning results, card values, or market information. These are provided for informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TCGScanner SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you a notification through the App or email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TCGScanner operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
